Group or team-based programs are an ideal team-building exercise. A variety of traditional and mindfulness-based mental skills will be utilized to give all teammates and coaches actionable tools to build trust, communication, and manage high-stress environments. These tools can be practiced regularly to build upon the learned skills throughout the season or before a playoff push or major deadline.
